The recent journey of Toronto-based songstress Daniela Nardi may have been a turbulent and traumatic one, but she has emerged in triumphant style with The Rose Tattoo. This musically evocative and deeply emotional work reflects life lessons learned, and fuses passion, poetic power, and music and vocal skill, to striking effect.

For The Rose Tattoo, Daniela was looking to work with someone to help realize her vision of acoustic nu-jazz blended with electronic music. That key collaborator is noted Toronto producer Greg Kavanagh.
